This facility enables you to export all the subscribers to your CRM application or to Excel and integrate to your customer relationship management programmes. To export you simply select the export option on the management system and a list of all subscribers will be displayed in an excel format (csv extension).

Once you have completed and tested your newsletter or email campaign, you can send it to all your subscribers, simply by click on the send all option.

This facility enables your subscribers to unsubscribe from your newsletter service. Along with the newsletter system, we install an option, that is displayed in all your newsletters and email campaigns, and provides your subscribers, the option to remove their contact details from the system.

Import Subscribers from Excel or CRM Applications (csv file)

Besides the option for your visitors to enter the details on your newsletter system, you may also have a number of potential contacts, you may wish to include in your newsletter and email campaigns. Rather than registering every subscriber one by one, this facility saves valuable time, by enabling you to import all the contacts at once using a csv file. This is a file that is provided by all major CRM software including Outlook address book, Thunderbird address book, excel and other systems. This valuable facility is offered only in the advanced and pro versions.

Unsubscribed Members List

At some point you will have subscribers that will chose to remove their contact details from your database. If your subscribers list is small, it is easy to understand who has opted out, however as your subscriber list grows this will become increasingly difficult. There have been numerous cases, when companies having no records of un-subscribers, re-registered the contact details on the system, only to receive complaints. This facility enables you to keep up to date and avoid re-registering contacts that have decided to opt out, further more it enables you to analyse the success of your newsletter and email campaigns by analysing satisfaction ratios. This facility is only available in the pro version.
