Terms of Service:
Each package Business Email contains a FREE 15 day trial period. Clients can cancel the service at any time during the trial period.
Each package Business includes 1 domain name FREE. This is provided after the 15 day trial and after the order of an initial 12 month contract.
Payment of the cost of Business must be submitted no later than 5 days after the completion of the 15 day trial or no later than 5 days from the invoice date.
An initial 12 month contract is required which is none refundable and none cancellable. Renewal takes place automatically and shall continue until the client has expressed a written cancellation (1 month prior notice is required).
Annual Payments are payable in advance within maximum 5 days after the completion of the 15 day FREE trial or upon the renewal date. If the client fails to complete payment within 5 dates from the renewal period the account will become unavailable until such payment is submitted. Late payments do not constitute the extension of the length of the contracted service. The length of service shall remain as established in the contract.
Monthly Payments are payable in the beginning of each month, on set dates by standing order, and no more than 5 days after the payment date, or the service will be interrupted. Kareta reserves the right to change the prices as and when required. Changes to prices will only affect new and renewed contracts.
If the contracted email account disc space is exceeded, new emails will be rejected until the client cleans or upgrades the email account. It is the client's sole responsibililty to clean and/or upgrade the email account in order to continue receiving new emails.
